Marketing Coordinator for our investment client based in Bury St Edmunds. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be based within the Planning and Design Department, have day-to-day responsibilities of the provision of marketing, Public Relations (PR) and engagementservices for all departments within the group. In your role as Marketing Coordinator, you will co-ordinate all marketing, PR and engagement matters relating to your own portfolio of projects.

**The Role**
- Work with the Senior Communications Manager to ensure the provision of communications services within the Planning and Design Department and wider company.
- Contribute to the continued improvement of internal project management systems e.g. central filing systems and databases.
- Development and review of websites for all departments and monitor the Marketing and PR strategy
- Execution of an events/networking programme for all teams within the company
- Monitoring and updating the social media presence
- Production of corporate communications material e.g., Company Brochures and websites
- Required, as appropriate, to liaise with external parties including clients, investors, local planning and highways authorities, LLFAs, registered providers (housing associations), surveyors, environmental and design consultants, local councils, healthbodies, education organisations and members of the public.
- Undertake, as appropriate, engagement (Political and Community) appraisals on sites being considered for promotion/acquisition to inform all planning constraints and opportunities to development.
- Co-ordinate the production of a full suite of evidence base documents and core reports to support the provision of engagement services regarding the progress of sites through the planning and development process e.g., demographic, political, economic andsustainability.

The Person
- Qualified to Degree level in a business or marketing-related discipline and have at least 3 years post qualification experience
- Experience will have been gained whilst working for consultants, house builders, developers or companies
- Good working knowledge of all marketing and PR matters relating to the requirements of a multi
- functional development company
- Basic working knowledge of all engagement matters related to all aspects of development and of the planning and development process
- Good commercial awareness and use of resources effectively
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Keep abreast of current regulations, legislation and guidance to support the planning and development process.
