About the role
Our client is a well-established and growing business within the healthcare
industry are looking for a Sales Support/ Business development Co-ordinator
to join their busy team based in Oxford on a hybrid basis.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, well-organised self-starter to
join the business development team. It’s a small team currently but with
growth ambitions.

Both current team members have been with the company from the early
days. Everyone in the team takes initiative, owns projects and gets things
done. Whilst we work a lot independently, we enjoy sharing ideas and
knowledge, and are always available for a second opinion and to help each
other.

The main focus of the role is to be responsible for organising and executing
the new lead generation processes for the company’s core services.

Due to the fast pace and rapid growth of the company, some of the tools
and processes in sales need to catch up, and the initiating and shaping of
some of those improvements is part of this role.

The person will be involved in the actual sales process for new leads
generated with focus on qualifying leads, organising and documenting the
process, and bringing in senior sales colleagues and specialists along the
process.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Own the lead generation planning and execution, mainly through

the design and execution of sales campaigns (mail shots, calling
round, social media activities) - with content creation support from
the marketing team
- Organise contact data for target customers
- Research customer profiles and refine target customer base
- Ensure appropriate segmentation
- Make contact and engage with prospects which have shown an

initial interest in the company’s services via marketing /sales
campaigns
- Organise the sales process, e.g. set up prospect meetings, organise

agendas, product demos, communicate actions and ensure follow
ups etc. and bring in appropriate colleagues to the sales process
- Ensure all process documentation is organised and completed, e.g.

pipeline and CRM reporting
- Support specialists and senior colleagues with proposal writing

- they are deployed well- Knowledge about the NHS and how it commissions new

technology is a bonus

- £30k DOE.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 1 day per week in
