- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a prestigious Private Clinic in South Belfast who are keen to recruit a Secretary / Patient Administrator to join the team.

My client offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience and including 32 days holiday, pension scheme, parking, additional holidays with longevity of service, bonuses and private healthcare plan.

**The Right Fit**:

- Diary management including scheduling.
- Managing patient pathways by tracking patient visits and treatment on Excel spreadsheets.
- Ensuring theatre and outpatient lists are full, maximising the timings available.
- Advising nursing staff of bookings, issues and changes as required.
- Use of Practice Manager software to maintain patient records etc.
- Knowledge of data protection and the importance of patient confidentiality.
- Effective team working, maintaining professional relationships internally and externally.
- Verbal and written communications to patients per the Consultants advice / direction.

**The Right Role**:

- Must have ability to track patients or clients experience.
- Strong administrative capability in producing, completing and checking paperwork, producing correspondence and forms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
