Here at Brook Street (UK) Ltd, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Band 3 Assistant Medical Secretary for our trusted Public Sector client in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to display your communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Duties you will be responsible for include.
" Assist in the coordination of arrangements and documentation to ensure patients receive treatment at the right time, with test results made available to Consultants and Clinical team when necessary.
" Typing of correspondence and other documents as required - both audio typing and copy typing.
" To ensure all medical case notes are appropriately maintained in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures.
" To open and prioritise all incoming mail and action accordingly.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and in return you will be paid £10.40 per hour. This will be paid on a weekly basis.
