We’re looking for a temp Project Administrator/Timekeeper for 3-4 months of work. Starting As soon as Possible,

This will be based in Aberdeen, working on the Modifications Hub.

Duties will be:

- Provide efficient and effective administrative support.
- Establishing a good working relationship with managers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure the efficient performance of assigned tasks.
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties associated with the Start-up of the project as assigned by the relevant Project Managers and/or Support Team
- Data entry into IGRIS system.
- Data entry into the Tempest system (typewriting).
- Review of data in the SOLAB system (mobilisation tracking).
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Provide ad hoc support and undertake specific tasks/projects for the Engineering and Survey teams as required.
- Where applicable/required cover for reception and for relevant Business Units in administrative capacity.
- Any other general duties that you may be requested to complete.
