Project Administrator in City centre of Aberdeen
**Your new company**
Your new company are within the technology sector, developing and investing into new technologies that help to reduce emissions and work towards a decarbonised future. This role is based in the city centre and is 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
**Your new role**
Your new role will involve supporting the Project Management office in the delivery of projects and all administrative support required for the projects to run successfully. This role will include running reports, producing project reports such as cost trackingand monthly analysis reports. Updating documentation effectively and assisting with the identification and conformation process of projects will also be a key part of this role. This role is very administration focused and strong previous experience is required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in a similar role and handling project administration duties
Strong administration skills and experience, specifically with Microsoft packages
Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
A self-motivated and hardworking attitude
