**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Provide technical expertise and support to clients in the assigned region, including product demonstrations, trainings
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to create and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the software industry, market trends, and competitor activity
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and present solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders in the software industry
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market developments and networking opportunities
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including sales calls, customer meetings, and sales pipeline through driving our regional sales team to promote more digital solutions into the industry
- Deliver software demonstrations, insights on software implementations, and train internal regional sales to recognize leads

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of technical sales (woodworking industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills to track and manage leads
- Ability to understand software products and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed (~50%)
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Starting salary $60,000-$80,000_
