Care Rota Supervisor

Caring Connections is seeking an experienced Rota Supervisor to manage and coordinate our home care rota operations in our Merseyside branch. The individual must have wide experience in managing home care rotas using care rota software. The branch currently supports over 120 individuals per day and employs over 60 staff members.

The branch provides care across a number of local authorities and aslo supports care provision in hostels across Liverpool.

We are a charity and are committed to our staff team and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- To oversee and manage rota provision.
- To ensure all rotas are covered safely and effectively.
- To work with team in planning rota templates in building and growing runs across areas.
- To work with RM in conducting rota audits.
- To effectively build positive relationships with staff to ensure rota cover and all contractual hour obligations are met.
- To form part of the On Call Rota

Person specification:
The individual needs to have at least 2 years' experience of managing home care rotas at a similar size.

Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualified (Ideally)

Experience of On Call Duties

**Salary**: £27,040.00 per year
