Are you an experienced leader with a passion for making a difference in adult social care? Knowsley Borough Council is seeking an exceptional Adults Team Manager to join our Rapid Response & Reablement Team

Position: Adults Team Manager
Pay Rate: £55 per hour

About the Role:
As an Adults Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Rapid Response and Reablement team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing training, conducting audits, and contributing to service development.
- Driving change management initiatives and implementing service improvements.
- Ensuring effective service delivery through oversight of rotas/shift patterns.
- Conducting supervisions with staff to support their professional development.
- Demonstrating strong leadership, IT skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Holding a full enhanced DBS check and possessing a valid drivers license.
- Being flexible to provide weekend/out of hours cover as needed.
- Having a thorough knowledge base and experience of working within a CQC regulated service.
