Manage the administrative systems for Undergraduate education and inductions. To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Undergraduate Sub Dean, Director of Medical Education, St George’s Grenada, Firm leads and other educational staff.

Support Undergraduate coordinator to devise, plan, implement and monitor administrative systems relating to the education and training of Undergraduate Students. Including:

- The Clinical teaching programme
- The non clinical teaching programme

In addition to a full range of cancer diagnosis and treatment services, the Helen Rollason Cancer Support Centre is based on-site and provides services to support cancer patients' wellbeing.

We also provide community services and have a dedicated 0-19 service for children and young people in Enfield so that they can get the best possible start in life. This includes health visitors and school nurses who are delivering the national Healthy Child Programme, which provides a structured framework for the delivery of key interventions to support the health and wellbeing of children and families from 0 to 5 and school aged children from 5-19. The 0-19 service aims to improve pathways and partnerships with services in the hospital and deliver excellent care for the children and families.

Job responsibilities
- To support the Undergraduate Coordinator in managing the medical students and duties at NMUH.
- To assist the Undergraduate Coordinator with all Medical students assigned to the North Middlesex University Hospital and to facilitate and provide support and care to a certain degree.
- To assist the Undergraduate Coordinator with all UCL and SGU students allocated to the NMUH. Organising all paperwork and liaising with all relevant departments and consultants, including organising accommodation requests.
- To provide welcome packs which contain general information and detailed timetables for all Medical Students.
- Support organisation of student inductions including, organisation of the induction programme, preparing induction packs and work with relevant departments to ensure students are issued with ID badges and IT access during induction.
- Support in the delivery of student OSCEs including patient recruitment, patient transportation and responsible for receiving and returning any skills/electronic equipment from the medical school
- Responsibility for the allocation and administration of student accommodation, manage accommodation spreadsheet, manage accommodation reports to estates and facilities and finance
- Responsibility for clinical skills and simulation equipment including managing Inventory lists, restocking equipment, and ensuring safe storage
- Support in the organization of medical school site visits
- Support in the organization undergraduate faculty meetings
- Provide pastoral care to undergraduates, escalating to the undergraduate team any students experiencing personal or professional difficulties
- Possess excellent oral and written skills
- To monitor all locker and accommodation keys, to ensure they are up to date.
- Update all medical students accommodation lists/excel for domestics and accommodation officers.
- To update all St George’s/UCL medical student folders, labels, appraisals forms and any relevant paper work.
- Typing of reports, memorandums and minutes as appropriate.
- Implementing and creating new files and templates.
- To assist in carrying out inductions and general orientation for all Medical Students prior to starting their attachment. Including a guided tour of the general facilities provided by the hospital, library, security and restaurant.
- To chase and maintain records with regard to St George’s Medical Students including copies of all assessment forms and exam results.
- To be responsible for and to maintain in a secure manner keys pertaining to the Student accommodation and lockers; to monitor the use of keys and to ensure that relevant keys are returned by Medical Students in a timely manner.
- To assist in communicating with UCL Medical School registry /SIFT and St George’s University Medical School in general matters relating to Medical Students and procedural matters.
- To liaise with all consultants who deal with the teaching of Medical Students and to update and maintain relevant information.
- To assist the weekly teaching timetable for Undergraduate Teaching, along with sourcing venues and associated paperwork, i.e. evaluation forms and sign in sheets.
- Collate feedback forms for those carrying out Undergraduate Teaching.
- To organise the monthly clinical skills session for UCL students, from Doctor recruitment,
