**HR Administrator, Bicester**
- HR Administrator, HR support, Administration, Recruitment Admin or similar.Working in an Administration role within an SME engineering business.
- You will need experience of working in a professional office environment, have good attention to detail and be willing to learn.
- Joining a business who are performing excellently who are industry leaders for innovative & modern systems used within Automotive, Lidar and Autonomous technology sectors.
- Salary roughly £23,000 - £25,000, Discretionary bonus scheme, 27 days + Bank holidays, 9am -5pm. Hybrid working available 2/3 day split,

**This HR Administrator role will suit**:

- Anyone who has worked within a HR team or has an interest in this business function.
- Administration experience or working in a role that requires excellent attention to detail, data entry, dealing with documentation and supporting a small team.
- Proactive and willing to learn, there will be excellent progression opportunities, they are a business that likes to promote and develop from within
- Ideally you will be close by to Bicester or the surrounding areas and able to commute to the facility (Hybrid working available).
