**Please note: this is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. The role will be on-site.**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage the recruitment inbox.
- Arrange pre-recruitment meetings with hiring managers.
- Organise activity within recruitment projects ensuring each is in line with the workforce plan.
- Maintain the preferred supplier list (PSL) and manage the process of working with new agencies.
- Work with recruitment agencies and third-party consultants to support recruitment.
- Promote recruitment by assisting with events like recruitment fairs, social media etc.
- Perform salary research to ensure current salaries are competitive within the local market.
- Schedule interviews and plan recruitment events.
- Ensure job offers are in line with job descriptions.
- Ensure recruitment admin is carried out and is accurate, being in line with the Equality Act 2010.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to administer the onboarding process, drawing up offer letters and contracts when appropriate.
- Carrying out pre employment checks.
- Ensuring everything is in line with GDPR.
