Call Handler- Inbound Customer Service Calls

**Salary + Bonus**
**Salary**_**:_£22,700
**Bonus**:
Attendance + KPI Bonus: £375 per quarter
Upselling Bonus (No Sales targets/pressure) - £150 average
**Working Hours**_**:_
- Rotational Shift Pattern - 2 weeks_
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday - 9am until 5.30pm_
- Week 2 - Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 5.00pm_

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work as part of a team to maintain and support performance across the campaign
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Find resolutions to customer issues
- Promote the business in a professional manner
- Provide great customer service
- Take ownership for each call and reach the best possible outcome for the customer
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,700.00-£24,200.00 per year
