**Lettings Administrator - Birmingham city centre**

**You will be doing**:

- Administration of property management
- Handling incoming calls addressing maintenance issues
- Attending property inspections
- Maintain records such as and electrical certifications, are updated & fully compliant
- Maintaining property records in database systems
- Working with clients for both property rentals and sales in a timely and effective manner
- Reporting for senior management as and when requested to do so
- Dealing with lettings progression & drafting initial contracts/relevant paperwork
- General adhoc administration for departments
- Going out on viewings and managing registrations
