**Lettings Administrator - Great Barr - up to £23k**

Great opportunity to join this independent multi branch agent who have built up an impressive reputation over many years. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator looking for career progression into a Property Manager role. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative.

**The key responsibilities will be**:

- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking viewings
- Carrying out regular landlord updates
- Marketing of available properties
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of all activity
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
- Dealing with maintenance issues and keeping all relevant parties up to date with progress.
- Helping out in other areas of the business as and when required

**Key Skills Required for the Property Management Role**:

- Experience in Lettings
- Strong Administration skills
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- Well presented
- Strong attention to detail

**Working Hours** - Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30 and if a Saturday is worked you will get a day off in lieu
