This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a rewarding career within the property industry

As the lettings administrator, you are a key part of the day to day running of the lettings team.

You will be the first point of contact for landlord and tenant enquiries while ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Communication is a core part of the role.


You must be organised with a positive can-do attitude and not afraid to learn new things while working with a close team, but also with the ability to work well independently.


The role briefly includes;

  • Dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Assistance with property management
  • Booking viewings
  • Assisting the lettings team with the movein process
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Assisting with inventory/checkout reports
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Keeping up to date with lettings legislation

Experience

  • Administration (required)
  • Property experience is valued, but not essential.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From £18,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham City Centre,

West Midlands:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
