Lettings Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and confident Lettings Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. Our client, a well-established and dynamic Estate Agency, is dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients and maintaining a thriving portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements, inventories, and other relevant documentation.
  • Background Checks: Conduct background checks and referencing for potential tenants.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Property Management: Coordinate property viewings and inspections, manage the property database, and ensure accurate records.
  • Financial Matters: Assist with rent collections and deposit management, and liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
