We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our friendly team in Birmingham on a permanent, full time basis.

So, who are we looking for?

You’ll need to be a talented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pick up and use a wide variety of IT systems including MS packages and internal systems.

With great English communication skills and excellent spelling and grammar, you’ll be an adept communicator and relationship builder with confidence, diligence and organisation abilities.

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide full support to our Birmingham Sales and New homes department.

You will ensure accuracy and efficiency in our sales, listings, offers and invoices, as well as ensuring that the CRM system is updated and accurate.

Responding promptly to all incoming sales enquiries, you will also book viewings, market appraisals and client meetings, as well as organising diaries for our team.
