I am working alongside a well-known and highly respected British Charitable Institution based in Southwest London who are currently looking to recruit a HR Administration Assistant to join their busy HR Department and provide general administration and support. This is a permanent, part time 25 hours per week role and is paying £15,000 annum.

**Main duties include**:

- Maintain and update all training records across the company and send out timely reminders to Managers flagging any training overdue.
- Working closely and Support the L&D Advisor in maintaining professional relationships with external training providers
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, variation letters and any other letters.
- Dealing with staff queries and issues and liaising with system providers to efficiently solve any technical problems.
- Support the Performance Management process as directed. Responsible for liaising with Managers to ensure reviews are conducted within the allocated timeframe and returned to HR.
- Assist the Employee Relations Advisor in investigations relating to disciplinary/grievance matters including note taking
- Preparing tenancy agreements, updating Residents Handbook when required and minute taking for the Staff Accommodation Panel and Resident Staff Forum.
- Support with general record keeping and department filing ensuring all information is
- Other duties that may occur within the department.

**To be considered for this role you must possess**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Office experience
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and especially Excel.
- Proficient working with spreadsheets
- Good skills in notetaking

They are very flexible about whether this is worked 3 days per week or five days working either mornings or afternoons.
