From stimulating the finest degree of customer relationship management to working on strategies for new customer acquisition and retention, we are looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive: CRM to join our team and help us scale the channel as we scale our department and business.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop, recommend, execute and iterate on strategies that will improve: new customer acquisition, open rates, click rates, conversion, engagement, retention, value from our existing database and customer lifetime value with implemented testing plans for performance optimisation.
- Work with existing vendors to achieve our strategy; question existing set-up, improve and expand the use of vendor tools, and explore new use cases.
- Collaborate in the creation and management of LuxDeco’s membership scheme.
- Work closely with other departments, both within and outside of Marketing, to conceptualise and implement new coordinated growth strategies that address our customers’ needs.
- Partner with the Performance Marketing Executive to ensure our paid and organic marketing is aligned with CRM in order to amplify and broaden the reach of our content.

Skills and Knowledge
- You have a demonstrable passion for luxury and/or interiors
- Experience with Photoshop and HTML (desirable)
- Working knowledge of content management systems (desirable)
- You have experience in B2B marketing (desirable)
