**Sales Support Administrator** - Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP

Location: Shirley, Solihull

Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5.00pm - Mon - Thurs + Fri 8.30am - 2.30pm

**Salary**: £11.28ph (£22,000pa - Permanent)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, intelligent, and energetic Sales Support Administrator who is motivated by being part of a successful team.

You will be responsible for providing efficient and timely business support to the sales and contract teams.

Key tasks:

- Contracts - daily contract admin management, including updating portals
- Develop / Update contract database
- Identifying / prospecting new contract opportunities with Sales Manager
- Work on preparing PQQ / ITT opportunities
- Organise reviews with key contract customers
- Organise / manage audit schedules
- Business Support
- Create daily customer claims report and deal with them case by case
- Liaise with customers to provide POD / arrange collections
- Convert urgent quotes to orders
- Liaise with stores / purchasing and provide update on stock availability to sales / customers
- Customer debt management
- Invoice queries
- Update customer tariffs
- Provide COC / MSDS / Data sheets for customer enquiries
