**Job Description**:
Here at Energym, we're on a mission to revolutionise the fitness industry through our groundbreaking clean-tech products and we're on the lookout for a talented Installation & Customer Service Lead to lead the charge on delivering powerful customer experiences and ensuring seamless installations of our clean-tech solutions.

**What you'll be doing day-to-day**
- ** Scheduling and Coordination**: Organisinge appointments, meetings, and company events, and managing staff calendars.
- ** Procurement & Bookkeeping**: Preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and ensuring that the orders are fulfilled as agreed, as well as supporting with financial administration
- ** HR Assistance**: Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- ** Communication**:Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, managing phone calls and correspondence.
- ** Data Entry and Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records and databases with attention to confidentiality.
- ** Support to Departments**: Assist various departments with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience with office management and HR tasks preferred
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
