Job Title: Administrator
Contract: Temporary - Initial 3 Month contract with possible permanent opportunities
Hours: Full time 9am - 5pm - Office based
**Salary**: £9.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Location: Shirley
Start date - Our client is currently interviewing for a January start
We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient Administrator to join a successful company based in Shirley on an initial 3 month temporary contract.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Telephone liaison, dealing with clients, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
- Co-ordinate diaries, arrange meetings and attend when requested, prepare and distribute minutes for attendees.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers
- Collating and reporting data using Excel
- Extensive filing and office organisation.
- Update the company database and compile reports.
- General administrative duties such as filing, assisting in marketing initiatives and ensuring contacts database is maintained.
Key skills/experience required:
- Previous experience of working as an Administrator in a busy office environment.
- Highly organised; able to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and conscientious; flexible approach and happy to multi-task.
- Accurate data entry and excellent attention to detail.
- Languages are desirable but not essential.
