We are looking for a Head of Product Operations to join our growing team in Chatham.

**What you will be doing**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable for the implementation of the lending proposition for the Group's lending brands. You will be required to provide senior leadership for all operational aspects throughout the Group's Lending Productsand Proposition function, providing a centre of excellence for key projects and operational change.

Your responsibilities will include
- Maintaining an effective Operations structure that meets current needs and anticipates future department/ business needs.
- Accountability for the processes and procedures that are required to deliver seamless operational change for the Product and Proposition function.
- Taking ownership of the activities required to bring new products and new propositions to market, leading projects when required.
- Line manage and coach all direct reports, including all aspects of performance management, development, conduct, sickness management, appraisals, employee administration and recruitment.
- Running multi-function complex projects relating to products and proposition providing management and structure.
- Be the Risk Champion for your function, working alongside the Risk teams in developing and maintaining a risk management agenda
- Travelling between the OSB sites as and when required.

**In return for your commitment**:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of up £75,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

Previous experience in managing complex multi-function projects is essential.
- Strong knowledge of project management is essential.
- Detailed knowledge of managing the process of product launches and product maintenance is desirable.
- Strong skills in respect of providing motivational leadership and direction are essential.
- Experience of working with multiple IT platforms would be an advantage.
