Ness Walk Hotel, part of the Kingsmills Hotel Group, located in the Capital of the Highlands.

We are currently seeking a **enthusiastic**, **welcoming, experienced and confident** **Individual** to join our Reception Team at Ness Walk. We embody the one team approach, full of knowledge and passion we strive for excellence in all that we do, providing genuine highland hospitality.

Nestled by the leafy banks of the River Ness in the heart of the historic and vibrant Inverness City is our idyllic 5-star retreat Hotel, Ness Walk. We have 47 luxury bedrooms and offer an outstanding restaurant and private event space. Exceptional service is at the core of your Ness Walk experience. We are designed as one of the leading luxury hotels Scotland has to offer.

**The kind of person we're looking for**:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic welcoming individual to join our small Reception Team.
- We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive, calm outlook and a friendly approach.
- Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service with our Guests.
- When Guests arrive at Ness Walk our team provide a Highland Welcome
- Whilst they are staying with us our Team are on hand to provide them with excellent, friendly and attentive service.

To be considered for the role as a Receptionist, you must have previous experience of working within a luxury, quality Hotel as a Receptionist. You must have good knowledge of a Front Office System or certainly understand your way around a computer. Training can be given. The Front Office System we use is Reslynx.

You will be required to work 5 days from 7 which includes weekends. Shifts are 7am-3.30pm and 3pm-11.30pm (approximately) there are some middle shifts 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm depending on our levels of business.

We also have Part-time Hours available working 3 days of our shifts above which equates to 24 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 39 per week
