The Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that their customers questions and queries are answered throughout the year. This can involve liaising with other parts of the business to ensure that things are resolved as quickly as possible and to a high standard.

Critically the Sales Representative will ensure that we generate the customers contracts each year on time and introduce additional products to the customer, that will help their business run more effectively.

**This role is ideal for people who are organised, able to solve problems and most importantly enjoy building relationships with people.**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Generating leads
- Ensures that client’s customers are consistently satisfied with the client’s products and services, and resolves escalated issues
- Achieve revenue-based quotas based on successful management of client accounts and supporting processes to meet operational needs and growth objectives
- Serves as a single point of contact for the client customer and may coordinate the work of client service teams
- Responsible for managing sales territory and achieving monthly quotas
- Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales
- Use data to help influence buying/renewal process

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in French
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment while developing positive relationships
- Passion for exceptional customer experience and sales
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Quarterly bonus
