To support the Events & Projects team to deliver a range of high-profile internal and external events for partners across the business.

What you'll do:

- Researching and contacting venues, collating information and availability, organising venue visits.
- Completing venue and supplier contracts.
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate lead times, rates and delivery.
- Working on creative briefs with the team, including theming, entertainment, hospitality and guest experience.
- Creating production schedules to manage event actions and timings.
- Compiling, updating and reconciliation of the event budgets.
- Supporting on guest comms pre-event and guest list management.
- Collating branding assets for events, assisting with print item design and delivery
- Managing logistics for the Events and Projects team, production crew, guests/talent/speakers inc. briefing documents, call sheets, running orders, travel and accommodation where required.
- Arranging debriefs and collating portfolio post event.
- Responsible for team technology/devices.
- Managing print requirements for the team.
- Creating venue decks for team members and to keep venue database updated.
- Ownership of event inventory, maintaining stock levels and preparing/packing event deliverables as per the events programme and reconciliation post event.

What you'll bring:

- Preferable 1 year’s experience helping to deliver a broad range of events.
- Excellent IT skills including a comprehensive grasp of the Microsoft 360 suite and Photoshop skills favourable.
- Excellent communication incl. written and interpersonal skills.
- An unfazed multi-tasker, able to balance multiple priorities, whilst maintaining a calm and patient demeanour.
- A standout teammate, always working collaboratively.
- Can-do attitude and a problem solver who uses their initiative is essential in this role.
- A high level of discretion due to the nature of sensitive and confidential materials that the team process.
- Flexibility - Most of the events the team delivers are Monday - Friday. Due to the nature of the role, it will involve some evening work (event days) and occasional weekend work to deliver specific events.
- A comprehensive understanding of Sky as Europe’s leading media and entertainment company.
