Over the past few years, we've built an ER advice team that provides expert ER advice and guidance to line managers across OCS.

The team are currently working 3 days in the office, and 2 from home, with free parking on site when in the office.
**What you'll be doing**
- Offering an effective, efficient and cost driven service to the business in relation to the management of an ER Caseload.
- Providing expert employment law advice, particularly relating to employment contracts, industrial relations, TUPE, change management, discrimination, restructures, redundancy, performance management, absence management and disciplinary, capability and grievancematters.
- Responsibility and accountability for casework and ER issues, providing both best practice and commercial advice and solutions.
- Working with other members of the ER team to ensure consistent, impartial, commercial advice is given.
- Developing effective working relationships within the business to promote positive, proactive and fair employee relations across the organisation, including the provision of training.
- Assisting with policy development, understanding changes in legislation and providing support to implement appropriate changes within the business.
- Assisting with the development, planning and delivering of team induction.

**What you'll need**
- CIPD Level 3 Certificate minimum. Level 5 desirable.
- Experience of managing ER matters (either as a HR professional or operational manager).
- Must be motivated, enthusiastic and show initiative, with an ability to work unsupervised.
- Professional and honest in all dealings and conduct
- Tenacious and resilient.
