We have an exciting opportunity for an **Employee Relations Advisor** to join our People team whereby you will provide a comprehensive ER service by building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of high quality ER supportto all internal customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a professional and proactive ER service to designated business units in a timely and professional manner. You will support leaders and managers within the business with end-to-end ER case management supportincluding absence management, flexible working, investigations, disciplinary, capability, performance management and disciplinary cases. In addition to the day-to-day casework, you will support the HR Manager with matters such as Employment Tribunal activityand high risk, complex ER matters.
