**Description**:

**The Role**:

- Ensure timely cash collection by managing customer portfolios.
- Respond promptly to and resolve both internal and external customer inquiries.
- Maintain a current ledger by resolving aged past due amounts.
- Review AR accounts for any erroneous transactions.
- Coordinate and attend internal meetings to review the status of customer collections.
- Perform any additional ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

**The Person**:

- Minimum GCSE level or equivalent education, including Maths and English proficiency.
- At least one year experience in an Accounts Receivable/Credit department, with proven expertise in customer collections and dispute resolution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
