Brook Street is delighted to announce a temporary-ongoing opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join their team in Armagh. This part-time role is 18 hours per week and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.94.
About the CompanyBrook Street is a leading Public Sector Organisation based in Armagh. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team on a temporary-ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general office administrative duties, including checking and completion of sales invoices
- Supervising administrative staff, including training and redeployment of work to cover absences
- Managing the receipt and coding of all income
- Preparing letters, minutes, notes, and other clerical support to officers
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in an office-based administrative role and hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience of working in a similar environment is essential, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
