**About the job**
- Assisting with Statement reconciliations.
- Ensure all processing and scanning of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits are completed.
- Matching Goods Received Notes and Purchase Orders to Invoices
- Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed
- Bank Reconciliation
- Management of company petty cash
- Weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Credit card reconciliations
- Review and posting of employee expenses

**Your skills and background**
- Trainee Accounts Technician or studying towards ACCA or CIMA Accreditation
- Experience working a busy finance department
- Experience in Microsoft Applications
