**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office operations and maintain a well-organised workspace
- Handle petty cash and care fees
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills in handling paperwork and documentation
- Answer phones professionally and provide exceptional phone etiquette
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Type correspondence and reports as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in computerised systems and office software
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload effectively

Pay: £12.03 per hour
