We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant
Responsibilities include;
Update systems and databases with relevant up to date information.
Inputting information into spreadsheets.
Carrying out pre-employment reference checks
Carry out new starter inductions.
Photocopying, binding and filing company documents
Dealing with confidential paperwork/personal documents
Any ad-hoc duties required to assist the HR, Health and Safety department & any other department when necessary.
Experience required;
Administration skills
Excellent organisation skills.
Good communications skills, written and verbal.
An ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
Honesty & Confidentiality.
