Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service standards are met
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a customer service team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service quality
- Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards success
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
