Faculty Finance Administrator

Are you a finance administrator with excellent organisation and IT skills, and a flair for customer service? Are you a strong communicator, eager to learn and develop new skills?

You will work closely with other staff and will:

- Provide administrative support and contribute to other aspects of work to ensure the

smooth running of operations
- Provide administrative support for the planning and financial aspects of the work of the

faculty, including processing expenses, purchasing card returns, requisitions and orders
- Maintain accurate records of financial and planning matters in accordance with college

policies and procedures using college systems
- Support the activities of the faculty

**Remuneration**

Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £29,392 rising to £33,806 per annum.

**T**he salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area
