**The Role**:
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently, including assisting with traffic management and permit requirement. Some work planning for on site operatives will also be involved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily updates of resource trackers for multiple sub contractors
- Daily updates of desilt and jetting trackers
- Updating commercial trackers for forecasting
- Planning and dispatching work to a number of different jetting technicians
- Maintaining training records and booking new training courses
- Raising follow on work in SAP and Oddysey
- Arrange permits and booking traffic management work
- Filing and sending footage to client
- Ordering and replenishing equipment/PPE for CSO technicians
- Maintaining and filing of permit to enter forms

Skills & Experience
- Proficient Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational & Time Keeping skills
- Knowledge of the drainage industry is desirable but not imperative to the role
