Due to continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Support Administrator to join the team in Brighouse.

**Position Overview**:
The Commercial Support Administrator will play a crucial role within our fast-paced asset rental business by providing essential administrative support to the commercial and operations team.

**Key responsibilities** for this role are**:
As the** **Commercial Support Administrator,** **you will be the first point of contact for customer queries regarding recharges and warranty claims and you will be responsible for:

- Accurately processing recharges for rented assets and promptly sending them to customers
- Ensuring that all recharges are correctly calculated, reflecting usage, damages and any additional costs
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Providing prompt and professional responses to customer queries, offering assistance and resolving issues effectively
- Processing warranty claims to manufacturers, following established procedures
- Coordinating with manufacturers to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of claims
- Addressing queries regarding warranty claims
- Reviewing customer downtime claims, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
- Analysing relevant documentation, such as rental agreements and maintenance records, to validate downtime claims
- Generating reports
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team, including data entry, record keeping, filing and reception duties
