We are a nationwide provider of care and support, we support people with varying needs, but predominantly people with a learning disability, complex needs or mental health support needs, and the clients we work with have been supported by us for many years.

We have a small recruitment team and we undertake the whole recruitment process in house, this is not a role to recruit for an agency, we are the employer and everyone we recruit works for us, so as a recruiter you will get to know the people we support and understand their needs and therefore this means that you have a full understanding of the requirements
- Based in Brighouse (there will be travel required on occasions)
- Up to 24k - depending on experience.

**Procurae Group **is an organisation borne out of personal experience and a desire to follow a different, fresh approach to the provision of Outreach Services for people with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities / complex and multiple needs.

We are currently looking to recruit a new **Recruitment Coordinator** to join our growing friendly recruitment team. We provide care and support across the North & South of England. You will preferably have experience in Health Care recruitment and compliance or, a good understanding of the role and the care sector. Have a passion for the Healthcare industry and a desire to make a difference.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Have a positive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational Skills
- Pre-screening and arranging interviews
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Motivated, ambitious, and a great sense of humour
- Drafting and placing adverts on job board platforms
- Conducting interviews
- DBS checks
- Reference checks
- Additional onboarding checks
- Excellent time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident telephone manner
- Attending recruitment events
