Order Processing Administrator

**Please note: this is an onsite role running Monday to Friday, working full time.**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Using SAP alongside Microsoft Office.
- Liaising with customers to confirm their requirements and to make sure they can be met.
- Liaising with various suppliers to ensure that delivery, quality and time are established, along with the terms of business.
- Carrying out different reports requested by the client in each other their contracts.
- Monitoring all orders placed and anticipating an issues in order to solve any problems.
- Meetings to explain the evolution of the orders, make sure they are satisfied, detect possible needs.

- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiasm in learning a new role.
