This well established and local business are looking a temporary Finance Administrator to support the team to cover sick leave on a temporary basis. You will be joining the team supporting with finance administration. This role will offer approximately 4weeks work on a full time permanent basis, Monday to Friday based on hybrid working hours.

**Key responsibilities for the Finance Administrator**
- Sage bookkeeping
- Placing and processing orders
- Dealing with order acknowledgements
- Receiving goods, if necessary, repackaging for call-off from customer
- Shipping to customers, attaching delivery notes
- Liaising with FedEx and other couriers from time to time
- Invoicing customers
- Liaising with suppliers
- Credit control (if comfortable)

**Skills and attributes required for the Finance Administrator**
- Familiar with Microsoft office
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Previous expereionce of accounts systems - Sage ideally
- Attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise
- Able to work within a small team, can do attitude and able to muck in when required
