**The Recruitment Group**

We're on the lookout for a Customer Care Administrator to join our well-established client based in Bloxham.

**About the role**:
As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Customer contact for remedial works.
- Arrange manufacturer call outs.
- Arrange engineer’s calendars to complete all works in a timely manner.
- Progress reporting to developers.
- Raising sales invoices for remedial work.
- Purchase ordering for customer care.
- Purchase returns for customer care.
- Stock control..
- On call cover.
- Any other job required by manager.

The working days are Monday to Friday and the working hours are 08:30am to 05:00pm

£19,500k per annum

**About You**:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products.
- GCSE level Maths and English
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good telephone manner

**Due to location of the office own transport is required**
