**PART TIME Finance Administrator & Team Coordinator**
**Salary £25,000-£29,000 Pro Rata**
Hours between 18.5 - 21 Flexible/Hybrid Leeds City Centre
We are working with a Leeds based client who works within the healthcare sector. As a result of natural growth and strong expansion plans, they are looking to recruit a **Part Time Finance Administrator & Team Coordinator to work between 18.5 - 21 hours a week.**Our client is flexible with the days and the role can be hybrid after probation.
Working with the Group Managing Director, you will be involved with general accounts tasks such as bank reconciliations, payroll information and other general accounts duties. If you are from a financial background and are looking for an autonomous rolewhere you can advise on best practice and support four locations with internal budgets then this could be your next move.
Experience with Xero and Dext preferred.
Our client is looking to recruit immediately and interviews will take place week commencing 27th February 2023.
**What you will be involved with**:
- Working on Xero software to produce reports on day-to-day financial transactions
- Dealing with invoices and expenses
- Manage finance agreements and some collection of accounts
- Supporting with purchasing and looking at purchasing costs
- Work with Directors and Leadership Team on various tasks that support the day-to-day business
- Looking after internal financial systems
- Support monthly payroll routine with the People Development Manager
- Reconciling monthly expenses
**Skills and Experience required.**
- **Advanced knowledge of Excel for efficient reporting**:
- An understanding of accounting software eg: Dext, Xero
- Experience within a general accounts or book keeping role with similar tasks to the above
- Highly organised in your approach to work and able to prioritise a range of tasks
- Strong communication skills to build key relationships
- Confident, self-starter with a positive attitude and approach
- Previous financial administrative experience desired
