**PART TIME Finance & General Administrator**

**Salary £25,000-£29,000 Pro Rata**

Hours between 18.5 - 21 Flexible/Hybrid Leeds City Centre

We are working with a Leeds based client who works within the healthcare sector. As a result of natural growth and strong expansion plans, they are looking to recruit a **Part Time Finance & General Administrator to work between 18.5 - 21 hours a week.**Our client is flexible with the days and the role can be hybrid after probation.

This is a really varied and interesting role in which you will be involved with general finance tasks such as bank reconciliations, inputting payroll information and other general accounts duties. You will also be involved in a range of general administrationtasks.

A Finance, accounts or administration background would be really helpful for this role working within a really friendly and positive team environment.

**This role is available immediately and our client is looking to recruit immediately.**

**What you will be involved with**:

- Producing reports on day-to-day financial transactions
- Dealing with invoices and expenses and managing finance agreements
- Some collection of accounts, supporting with purchasing and assessing purchasing costs
- A range of general administration tasks to support the Leadership Team
- Looking after internal financial systems
- Supporting the People Development Manager with some HR tasks and payroll duties
- Looking after monthly expenses

**Skills and Experience required.**
- **Advanced knowledge of Excel for efficient reporting**:

- Experience gained within a similar role, within finance, accounts or a general administration background
- Highly organised in your approach to work and able to prioritise a range of tasks
- Strong communication skills to build key relationships
- Confident, self-starter with a positive attitude and approach
