**Part Time Finance Administrator - FLEXIBLE HOURS**

**Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are operating as an employment agency on behalf of its client.**

Permanent

Location**:Leeds City Centre** - 90% Remote position

**Salary**: £19,000 - £22,000pro rata

**Main Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator
**Sales Invoicing (UK & US)**
- Liaising with the Client Services team to ensure invoices are raised throughout the month
- Checking the details of the invoices and processing onto sage
- Sending all invoices to clients

**Purchase Ledger (UK & US)**
- Processing purchase invoices onto sage
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Checking supplier invoices against PO’s
- Obtaining approval for supplier invoices and processing on sage
- Putting together monthly payment runs

**Credit card & Expense processing**
- Sense checking all staff expenses
- Obtaining approval and processing on sage
- Processing monthly credit card statements - ensuring all receipts have been filed online and posted to sage

**Admin tasks**
- Travel booking for staff members
- Supporting the CEO & senior team on adhoc tasks
- Help to organise company events

**Experience and Skills required
- Bookkeeping experience / experience in a similar role
- Basic excel skills
- Experience in using sage 50 accounts
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- High level attention to detail
