We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Adminstartor and Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Prepare Quatation for clients
- Use and be trained on Xero Software
- Use and be trained on company software
- Good all-rounder happy to roll their sleeves up in a small business
- Suit a first or second jobber wiching to gain good all rouns office experience

- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Proficency in Word, Excell, Powerpoint and Microsoft
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fast ability to learn computer software
- Social Media Experience a bonus

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
