Our client is a medium sized Accountancy Practice who are looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Receptionist to join their team. As a Junior Receptionist / Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
