Our client based in Romford is seeking a temporary **Customer Service Assistant t**o work alongside the local community, making outbound calls to offer and arrange their services.

**This is Monday to Friday, working 09:30-17:30.**

**Up to £12.50 per hour**

**This will involve**:

- Making outbound calls within the community to offer the service and answer and questions
- Supporting customers through the process
- Keeping record of participants and updating records accordingly
- Elements of data entry onto the bespoke system
- Providing excellent customer service to service users
- Working closely alongside health-care professionals to offer and organise services

**Person Specification**:

- Comfortable working within a team
- Confident speaking on the phone and making outbound calls
- Comfortable with training
- Confident with daily administrative tasks
- Able to build a rapport with customers
