**Job description**
Hive Legal provide Business Support Services to Law Firms. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Facilities Administrator** for our busy Business Support Team based at our Timber Wharf location, 10 minutes walk from Deansgate. You will report into the Business Support team leader and assist the team of 5 with daily tasks
We are looking for a committed administrator to assist with:
- Supporting the Business Support department with Facilities based tasks
- Assist with the induction of new staff and processes
- Facilities stock checks
- Regular building checks
- Post room and Reception cover for annual leave and sickness
- Collation of the monthly Magazine
- Ensuring all business supplies are stocked and a supplies check list is maintained
- Ensuring all staff adhere to our clean desk policy
- Assisting departments with release of files
- Any ad hoc business support and HR duties
- Supporting the HR Manager with administrative tasks ad hoc
- Attending the office to ensure there is cover for guests and clients.
- Compiling and keeping an accurate database of facilities and companies actively used
- Organisation and maintenance of general office facilities such as lighting, plumbing, heating.
- Maintaining health and safety certificates and supporting documentation with health and safety standards
- Maintaining accurate data relating to the Firm’s contracts, reporting HR of any changes

- Confidence to pass on instructions to other staff
- Able to form positive working relationships with colleagues of all levels
- Accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to complete routine tasks without direction
- Able to deal with information sensitively and maintain confidentiality
- Able to clearly communicate deadlines to others and have confidence to follow up if these are not met
**Required**:
- Minimum 2 year Customer service
- Proficient on all aspects of Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Minimum 2 year administrative experience
- Minimum 2 year Facilities experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £20,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
