Business Support Administrator

Care Agency Media is part of a collaborative group of companies (300 Media, Care Agency Media and NXT Digital) that spans the health and social care, marketing, digital and design sectors. Care Agency Media focuses on the consultancy side and helps individuals start their businesses. We provide clients with the tools and training for a successful company launch. Then, while they should implement these, we don't fall off the radar; we have a business support team at hand to support them.
We are looking for motivated staff with experience in **office-based **client support or an administrative background. If successful, you will join the **business support** team and assist our clients who just completed the business setup process and are now beginning to **implement** our advice.
Our clients are typically professionals from the health and social care field who come to us for our technical and business acumen and solutions. The clients start with us as individuals and go through the business setup stage during which a different department attends to their needs (business setup/projects). At the end of the setup process, the clients have their own businesses and this is when your role applies. You, as the business support administrator, will act as the business support **leader** being the first point of contact for support enquiries and making outgoing calls to check in on our clients.

We work in a hybrid arrangement - three days in the office and two at home, once the staff know what it is that we do.
**The role will include**:
- advising, providing information, making references to our resources,
- analysing how well the client implemented said advice, course-correcting, verifying if the client exhausted all the resources,
- implementing plans and instructions to given deadlines,
- various administrative duties,
- managing tasks and deadlines,
- providing quality service standards to all customers.

- excellent client support manner
- knowledge about the business and/or healthcare sectors preferred,
- organisation and attention to detail,
- a professional communication manner,
- analytical thinking,
- proficient in computer and software use,
- previous experience in an administrative position or customer support roles.
